![]() ![]() If I open the Java console in ASDM, I see multiple certificate errors in the log. ![]() But it seems that this warning is not a thing with OpenJDK, since as soon as I click OK after entering my credentials, I get an error stating "Unable to launch device manager from " With Oracle JRE, since I'm connecting via IP address and not DNS name, I would get a pop-up warning me that there was a certificate issue, but I would be able to simply click Continue to bypass this warning, and load into ASDM. I'm next to certain that my issue is related to security settings. I've been scratching my head for long enough here, I admit defeat and would like to reach out for some assistance. Now I'm trying to use OpenJDK (specifically, AdoptOpenJDK) as a free replacement, and for the life of me I can't get ASDM to load correctly with this software. Now that Oracle's licensing has changed, I've had to remove Oracle JRE from my computer. Has anyone successfully gotten ASDM to work correctly with AdoptOpenJDK as opposed to Oracle's JRE?
